I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, grief, and faith-related struggles. My goal is to help you navigate these challenges with compassion and clarity. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, find practical ways to ease the heaviness, and create a path forward that feels aligned with who you are. You don’t have to carry it all alone—let’s take this step together.
A little about me—I was born and raised in Texas and married my high school sweetheart. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. We have one kiddo who keeps life fun and full. In my free time, I love getting lost in a good book, watching movies, exploring new places, going to concerts, and soaking up time with my family.

For the anxious, working mom who feels like she’s constantly running on empty— trying to be everything to everyone while barely keeping up—I see you. The mental load, the guilt, the fear of dropping the ball—it’s exhausting. You crave balance, not just more advice about “self-care” that feels impossible to fit in. You want real, practical strategies to manage the overwhelm, ease the anxiety, and feel like yourself again.
That’s exactly what I help with. As a therapist and a mom, I understand the push and pull of motherhood, career, and the never-ending to-do list. In therapy, we’ll cut through the chaos and focus on what actually works—helping you set boundaries, quiet anxious thoughts, and build rhythms that make life feel manageable again. You don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through. Let’s find a way forward that feels sustainable, fulfilling, and true to you.
